With advanced technology, proper structure, low energy consumption and stable running, both SY/6-1100 and SY/6-1350 have two wind-in motions: common wind-in; double-cutting and double-wind-in. These machines are equipped with advanced automatic alarm and stop system for broken warp and broken weft, adopt initiative warp feeding and brake to realize adjustment of warp tension, which enlarges the accommodation limit of the yarns, and realized normal production of the woven fabrics with the weight ranging from 50g/m2 to 220g/m2. Variable frequency speed control is adopted for their main motors. These machines are mainly used for producing cylindrical woven fabrics made of PP/PE tape yarn, and they are ideal for producing plastic woven products such as container bag, paper-plastic composite bag, and chemicals bag, etc.
